My latest offerings. Honing Lab

Honing Lab

$800.00

November 2025 - March 2026 Sessions: 2 hours each, twice monthly Time: Thursday 2:00-4:00 PM PST / Friday 9:00-11:00 AM AEDT

I'm excited to announce a new offering: The Honing Circle  a supportive bi-monthly group for therapists and facilitators ready to bring their offerings into the world. In our attention-scattered era, this circle creates a dedicated container for stabilizing our focus, attending to the work we've been feeling called to create, and honing our ideas.

We'll meet twice monthly: one session for focused work time with attention cultivation practices, and another for collaborative exploration of challenges that arise in your creative process, from the practical questions of group design and facilitation to the deeper questions of how to hold space for transformation.

Limited to 6 participants, all sessions are recorded. We will work with focusing, contemplative inquiry, and process work to support both the practical and psychological aspects of developing your offerings. If you've been wanting to launch a training, refine your website, or develop a group offering, this might be the supportive structure you've been seeking.

Rhythm and Format

The Honing Circle meets twice monthly for two hours, alternating between two distinct yet complementary session formats:

Work Sessions (Session 1)

Dedicated time for focused creation and refinement of your offerings. Each work session includes:

• Check-in & Intention Setting - Connect with the group and clarify your focus for the session

• Inner Work & Attention Cultivation - Grounding practices using focusing, contemplative inquiry, and processwork to stabilize attention and align with your creative process

• Focused Work Time - Protected, uninterrupted time to work on your trainings, websites, or group offerings with gentle background music or in quiet

• Check-out & Sharing - Close by sharing what you accomplished and celebrating progress

Support Sessions (Session 2)

Collaborative exploration and thoughtful guidance. Bring your questions, challenges, and stuck places to receive:

  • Facilitation using focusing, contemplative inquiry, and processwork drawn from years of practice and teaching

  • Understanding of both the practical and psychological aspects of developing professional offerings

  • Support in working with challenges that arise in the process of bringing your work into the world

  • Wisdom and insights from fellow practitioners

  • Fresh perspectives and ways of engaging with obstacles on your path

  • Encouragement and accountability

Who This Is For

Therapists, facilitators, and healing practitioners who are:

• Developing training programs or workshops

• Creating or refining websites and online presence

• Designing group offerings or programs

• Ready to move from concept to creation with support and community

The Power of Honing

Often our skills and wisdom are already there, however they get covered over in the busyness and noise of everyday life. The Honing Circle provides the focused time, supportive structure, and guidance to help you refine your offerings so you can share them with the world.

With facilitation grounded in process-oriented psychology, we address both the practical aspects of creation, as well the internal processes that can either support or hinder your creative expression.
