Coaching as Wayfinding: See, Shape, and Enact Your Way
~Three spots available~
This is an offering for those who feel fragmented, who notice their attention being pulled in multiple directions, and long for a sense of continuity and alignment between their personal and professional lives.
You've come to a place where you want to shape your life in a way that honours who you are and connects with a deeper current of meaning, rather than staying at the surface and pushing down avenues that deplete you and lead to burnout.
If you're a therapist, you hold space for others while struggling to find coherence in your own experience across the different roles you inhabit.
If you're an entrepreneur, you want to stay connected to your vision even as your offering adapts to meet the needs of your clients, the economy, and those you serve.
If you're a leader, who’s achieved external success but long for a way of engaging in your work that feels more alive and connected to who you really are.
If you're experiencing neurodivergence, you may have tried to direct your attention and work in ways that don't support your creativity, energy, or natural focus, leaving you feeling like you're swimming against your own current.
What Is Coaching as Wayfinding?
Wayfinding is something we engage in every day, it's how we make our way from one place to another, one idea to the next. It's the process of weaving the fabric of our lives, drawing upon threads of the past, cues from the present, and signals from possible futures.
Coaching as wayfinding brings you into closer contact with your way of engaging in the world; the path that is being made as you walk it.
The way is also your approach to meeting the opportunities and challenges you've faced up to this point. It is the tacit, aesthetic dimension of who you are that knows more than you can describe in words.
This approach recognizes the innate capabilities that have been born out of your lived experience. The work is about making these visible and learning to engage them intentionally.
This methodology weaves together insights from processwork, leadership coaching, and my doctoral research to help you navigate unpredictable terrain with greater clarity and purpose.
How It Works
Two pathways:
3 sessions over 1.5 months | 75 minutes each
6 sessions over 3 months | 75 minutes each
Each session builds on the previous one, creating a coherent journey that honours both where you've been and where you're heading. Through our work together, you will leave with:
• A clearer understanding of the innate capabilities that have been born out of your lived experience
• How these capabilities get activated and how you can intentionally engage them
• What to focus your attention on to find your way and get unstuck
• Practices for engaging in unpredictable and conflictual terrain
• How to cultivate your attention so vital insights can grow and enhance your work
• A personal wayfinding arc that serves as an ongoing resource for navigation when there is no map
Investment
3 sessions (75 minutes each) - $525.00 USD
6 sessions (75 minutes each) over 3 months - $1,000.00 USD
If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. This work is for those who want to feel more alive in their personal and professional life while honouring the complexity of who they are.
